Our Bayer Cropscience Performance and Development process is a key element of our approach to the core value of talent management. The P&D Feedback questionnaire that you are about to complete will enable our staff to reflect on their career aspirations and actively engage in developing their own skills, knowledge and attitudes based on constructive feedback on their behaviour at work - as they see themselves and as their manager sees them.

Once the staff member completes the survey, including the request for feedback from their manager, the manager will automatically receive a request by email. When he/she has completed the questionnaire the staff member and manager will both receive the staff member's P&D Feedback Report comparing responses. This will become the basis for preparing for the P&D discussion.
